  • Good - Box has a little wear.  Maybe a bent corner or two.  
  • Fair - Box has wear.  Usually multiple bent corners and/or crease marks (3"-8" long) or faded box.
  • Bad - Box has been crushed from shipping.  Corners bent, crease marks, tears and possibly water damage.
