You may return the item for a refund within 4 days only after receiving the item... Any item that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customer once received is non-refundable. All items must be returned in original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance. The value of the item is only refunded. We do not refund any money paid for shipping, sizing, changing the head or any other workmanship. There is no refund on special orders or any ring sized greater than 8 or smaller than 5.
