Antique Qing Dynasty 19th C Blanc de Chine Dehua Guanyin Figurine

This graceful Qing 19thC Dehua Guanyin figure is skilfully potted, standing majestically above lotus bossom amidst swirling waves. Her face carries a benevolent and peaceful grace. Like most Dehua porcelain, the attention is paid to details as seen in the deft handling of drapery with its naturalistics folds and thin razor edges. 

The back is impressed with in relief an apocryphal He Chaozong mark, a renowned Dehua potter and his double gourd seal.

Condition: Good with a minor fractured line at the base interior which is lightly visible from front.
