These items are not new and may have been played with.  I do my best to inspect all items before listing, but I may miss very small imperfections, stray hair or lint before taking the photos.  I try to remove these before shipping the items.  I do not sell anything that I wouldn’t buy myself.  I see no stains, rips or odors unless noted above and items appear to be gently used or unused condition.  Since these items may have been played with and/or wrinkled from storage they may need to be laundered and/or ironed.  I leave this up to the buyer.

I am from a smoke free, climate controlled home, but I do have small dogs so consider this if you have allergies.  My dogs are yorkies that are considered hypoallergenic & have not been in contact with the items I list.

COMBINED SHIPPING:   I do combine shipping for multiple purchases.  For US/Domestic shipments I will combine shipping on multiple auction wins within 3 days of 1^st win or for multiple buy now items or a combination of both (excluding international shipments.)  Discount depends on your location, type, size & weight of the items. For dolls please check with me first since large boxed dolls may not save you money due to the size and cost to ship multiple dolls together unless you want to pay the higher cost. Let me know so I can give you an estimated cost for those.  To get the discount, add the items to your cart.  After all items are in your shopping cart click “Request total”  and enter a message to request a combined shipping invoice.   Please do not pay until I invoice with the revised shipping cost.   eBay does not refund the fees for the shipping overages if you pay before I invoice so I cannot refund that portion of the fees.  This can also include auction items you've won plus buy now items, but you have not committed to buy the buy now items until you request the total so someone else could buy those items before you do. 

For International buyers, eBay excludes combined shipping for international shipments.   If you are international and wish to purchase multiple items I can work with you to put all the items into one listing before you buy –  first contact me and let me know which items you want to purchase so I can combine them into one listing.  DO NOT BUY until I create a combined listing for you.  The new listing will reflect the discounted shipping.  If you pay first I have no choice but to ship the items separately which will cost you more than combined. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:  Monday thru Friday only.  Items paid by 14:00 central time usually ship the same day except weekends.  I have a 1 business day turnaround (except weekends) so the items will be mailed NLT the day after payment.  If you need a delay in payment or shipment let me know.  USPS Priority is offered or First Class if less than 16 oz.  I determine which based on the weight and cost of the item.  Priority mail automatically includes insurance on items up to $50, items over $50 or shipped parcel select/standard mail or First Class will include an additional amount to cover insurance.  I will also offer FEDEX for larger packages due to the increased cost to ship those by USPS as of 1 July 2020. If you wish to pay additional shipping for overnight, PLEASE LET ME KNOW PRIOR TO BUYING SO I CAN ADD THAT OPTION.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  I ship International ONLY through the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP) Shipping Center. I ship the item there and GSP takes care of getting the package to you IAW International Laws & Regulations.  TAXES, CUSTOMS, INSURANCE & ADDITIONAL EBAY CHARGES FROM GSP TO FINAL DESTINATION ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER & WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO EBAY.   EBAY WILL CALCULATE THE ADDITIONAL COSTS APPLICABLE FROM THE GLOBAL SHIPPING POINT TO FINAL DESTINATION.  THIS ESTIMATE WILL BE SHOWN TO YOU AT CHECKOUT.   BEFORE PURCHASING PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICE IN REGARD TO YOUR COUNTRY’S RULES & REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO IMPORTED GOODS.  ALSO READ THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM (GSP) BUYER TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BUYING, IN PARTICULAR PARAGRAPHS 8 TO 11. RETURNS:  It is your responsibility to read all the instructions above & below, to review the photos, ask questions or ask for additional photos before bidding/buying.  Not everyone agrees on what is acceptable, good or excellent condition.  I will never list anything that is not in good condition.  I describe the items as clearly as possible & annotate any known defects in writing & in photos.  I strive to maintain a 100% positive rating so I do my best to satisfy my customers whenever possible.  Although all used items are "as is", if you are not 100% satisfied, message me with your concerns about the item so we can; if possible; work something out.  Buyer always pays return shipping since you are given ample time to ask additional questions, review the items descriptions & pictures before bidding/buying the item.  New items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  If the item is not as described, before leaving negative feedback, please contact me to give me the opportunity to rectify any issues.  In some cases returning the item may not be necessary.   Shipping cost will include an additional amount for insurance when applicable.

PACKAGING:  I take extra care packaging everything I sell and I do my best to package fragile items very well.  Additional packing (bubble wrap/peanuts/air bags) will be used for these items to help prevent damage during shipping and sometimes they are double boxed.  Dolls coming in a Mattel shipper box will be wrapped in brown paper for mailing unless you request it be mailed in another box which will cost more for the weight of the box.  I usually always double box dolls going outside the US.
