Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after receipt of payment. Depending on size, weight of item, your location or your choice or delivery - item will be delivered by Royal Mail, Hermes or APC who are a next day service. If you miss the delivery they will leave a card for you with a number to call to arrange redelivery. If the item is returned to us due to your failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we will charge you another delivery fee and hold the right to charge an additional £15-30 inc VAT (to cover the return fee which is what we are charged by the courier company). NO personal collections are available due to Insurance stipulations.
