1950's -1960's vintage made by Wales, Japan. A young High School or College basketball player with a very long neck, ears and fingers. It's got a holder to put a pen in. There is a very tiny knick/fleabite on end which no one would notice (photo #5) Ceramic. 9.5" tall.
