These balloons are air fill only with a self sealing tab at the bottom of each balloon.  These balloons have tieing tabs around them to enable you to hang them them or tie them together .  

These balloons will be posted deflated and will require helium or air to fill.  

Please note the deflated balloon will look different when inflated.
