Payment

Payment may be made by PayPal or Credit Card through PayPal service. We reserve the right to exclude particular methods of payment. In the case of credit card payments, the credit card will be charged when the order is placed.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by standard or registered services. Shipping and handling costs are not included in the prices quoted on the Online Store. When placing an order in the Online Store, the customer is provided with a tool that will automatically calculate the shipping and handling costs for the order. Items' weight and customer's shipping country is taken into consideration when calculating the shipping and handling costs. Some items have an option to be shipped by registered/signed post and this option, if available, is presented in checkout page.

Standard shipping packages do not have tracking number and are not trackable.
Registered shipping packages have tracking numbers and are insured.

Leading time for the orders to be shipped - 1-2 business days. All items are shipped during the business days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 3PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Terms of Sale

Please contact us before returning any items. Any items purchased in error must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packaging will not be refunded.
