Printed instructions not always provided and are often replaced by the manufacturer with online versions. Where present these paper items may be bent/curled.
Returned items will be inspected and any items not found to be in the condition they were sent out in or in unsalable condition may have the refund amount reduced (For example ripped boxes).
Any software/cloud storage services that are used will be deducted from the value refunded if an item is returned to us.
We advise you to use the manufacturer warranty return service to avoid this.

Any items not paid for after 2 days will have an unpaid item case raised against them automatically to stop time wasters.
