This is a toy that came in General Mills cereals. It's a plastic NASCAR of Richard Petty's #43. Each car in the series represented a different General Mills cereal. The idea is that you put on all the decals yourself. Plus, the car comes with a launcher that really makes it go! This item is still new in it's package and has never been taken out. I show another picture of the car as it will look when you put the decals on, just to give you an idea.
