Set up is extremely simple

Just install the driver and download the SichboPVR software
and plug in the USB HDTV tuner.
Then search for the available free to air digital channels.

Instructions for Pi install as follows:

Use with Rasp Pi 3 with core install of Raspbian Buster OS eg. no GUI
Default install of TVHeadEnd
Plug in the USB Tuner  & hook to a standard coaxial splitter and antenna.
Drivers for the tuners are native to the Raspbian OS.
Automatically detect the tuner and run scan, all Australian DTV and DAB stations in range will be detected.
All further configuration, EPG, Recording schedule etc is done via TVHeadEnd web interface.
Works amazingly well - just don’t make the Pi try to do any signal compression/encoding (CPU bottlenecks). Direct the raw IPTV stream to your desired display device.  Twin tuner install will allow PiP live broadcast, or live broadcast on 2 seperate devices, or even record one channel while watching another.
