That's a common fault with Spellbinders Grand Calibur Models and its really easy to fix...
Material Type: Teflon Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE
Please follow these 2 easy steps to disassemble your Machine.
1. Take the plastic bits off which are covering the screws ( You can use a small scissors)
2. Once the plastic covers are taken off from both side it will allow you to excess the screws, There are 4 plastic lids altogether covering 4 screws 2 on each sides.
After taking the screws off the spellbinder will come apart it self and allow you the see broken cog inside just simply take it off and replace it. THATS IT JOBS DONE :)
