Antique (c1898) WH Grindley & Co England RN 325874 F Aldine Flow Blue Gold Dinner Plate; Dually Marked For Authenticity.

Gorgeous, over 100 year old antique dinner plate. Lovely scalloped edges and bright blue and gold details. Intricate embossed molding and sharply detailed flowers and gold accents both on the rim and along the band. Dual back stamps authenticate the age, maker, and original production registration. This is a 1st edition, registered piece.

This piece retails in used condition on Replacements.com for $129.99. No longer in production, and at this age, pieces in this collection are becoming more and more of a scarcity; especially these large dinner plates .

Measures 10” in diameter. Very low ring foot bottom, gently upward shipping edges, and recessed center. High quality English porcelain.

Excellent antique condition with nominal fading commiserate with age. Gorgeous crazing throughout, amazingly consistent, which only adds to the antique charm. (Like aged patina on sterling silver.) I took the photos in incredibly bright light and enhanced the detail to better reflect the crazing for you, in some light you can't see it, other other light you can, it's really wonderful.
