User Guide:

Put in:

1. Please disinfect the cup before using. Wash your hands and press the cup into a U-shape.

2. Hold the cup’s bottom with your fingers, squat or sit on the toilet to relieve your vagina.

3. Push aside the labia with another hand and slowly push it in your vagina.

Take Out:

1. Squat or sit on the toilet to relieve your vagina and hold the cup with your fingers.

2. Press the cup to ensure the air has entered and pull it out slowly, making it into a U-shape.

3. Hold the bottom firmly in case of overthrowing it.

4. Pour the menstruation blood into the toilet and clean/rinse the cup. 

Caution!!!

Disinfect the cup before using (e.g. put in boiling water for 10mins).

Not advisable to use if you are underage or without sexual activity.
