There is no need to replace the  entire valve cover in order to repair defective P.C.V valve that is attached to the valve cover.

In fact , you don't have to remove the valve cover from the engine at all.

Simply REMOVE the P.C.V membrane cover with the aid of the screw driver( you will be prying  locking tabs away ), remove defective red rubber membrane and the spring. Clean up surface with the  paper towel, install replacement cover with the new membrane and the spring  . You are done
