This is a September 8, 1998 Mark McGwire plaque honoring his 62nd Home Run.  It is one of a Limited Edition of 10,000 and the Certificate of Authenticity issue number is 1789.  The front of the plaque is in good condition but has a ding on the lower right side.

The back side bottom corner has a ding which does not show if it is hung up or on a display stand.  Please see photo for overall condition.  Thank you.
