When we refer to All Brands we do not mean that the device supports every car brand ever made. What all the brands for 36 months means is that you get all the passenger car brands and resets that are available in the app for 3 years. Passenger does not include heavy duty (Lorry etc) as heavy duty requires 24v adapter not 12v. Electric Tesla car is not included. For the brands where there is manufacturer specific software is available you have dealer OE Level diagnostics. The advantage of this over EOBD is that you are able to read manufacturer specific codes, perform actuation tests , view advanced live data and perform special functions that you can not do via normal EOBD.

If you are unsure if the adaptor will work on your model of car please check with us before buying. Please also note colours of the adapter head can be either black or red but the functionality is the same.

Please also only use the official Thinkdiag app and do not use any other app and please do not flash the device with diagzone or prodiag as this is not allowed and the modified firmware could damage your device as it is not supposed to be put on your thinkdiag, Flashing the device with unofficial firmware will void your warranty and due to unreasonable use we will not be able to accept a return where the device has been flashed with unofficial firmware as we can not be responsible for you breaking your device this way. (Diagzone and prodiag are not legitimate ways of using your device and can break it)

We are happy to offer a refund for change of mind if you start a return within 14 days of delivery but the goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition, in their original and undamaged packaging, complete with the activation code and the ThinkDiag should not have been paired (Locked) to your email address and/or the software included downloaded.

If the Thinkdiag has had its value reduced due to unreasonable use we may offer a reduced refund because of the items diminished value.The item if returned should not be handled more than what it would be in a store. You do not have a right to change your mind and return the software if you have already downloaded the digital content by using the activation code that is sealed in the box and you agree and consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the download of the digital content has begun.If the device is faulty and the software has been used we will offer a full refund but we will need to verify the fault is genuine on return.We will always be fair on returns and only dispute if the device has been used unreasonably including the use a none legitimate firmware or if the return is out of time.It is very rare that we will dispute a return but we will if we feel that under the circumstances it is not fair that we made to loose out financially.
