Postage- 

All items will be sent out via Royal Mail 2^nd class Tracked. Larger orders will be sent via Courier. Please allow upto 5 working days from payment to dispatch to allow us time to engrave your items. Again Bespoke large orders my take a little more time.

Stock-

Stock is always in good supply but sometimes during busy periods some line may become unavailable. If this happens we will message you with some alternative options and if you are not happy a full refund will be issued.

Returns-

We offer a 30 day returns policy on items if there is a problem with the product. In the event that any item were to arrive damaged or broken we would require a photo on the same day of receipt. Then we can if possible replace or refund.  All items must be sent back at the buyers expense in re sellable condition. Therefore any items which are directly personalised can not be refunded unless the item is faulty or there is an error on our behalf.
