Note on the purchase process:

- When purchasing one item or several of the same items, use the Ebay checkout process

- When buying different items, wait for our payment information before paying or ask for the total amount

- If you have more than one item, do not pay for each item individually with PayPal

- When paying by bank transfer, you must enter the item number, Ebay name and name from the delivery address (if different from the account holder) as reference.


Shipping:

- Shipping is usually 1 working day after receipt of payment (Sunday orders sometimes 2 working days)

- Shipping takes place as a letter, several items possibly as a package with DHL

- If express shipping is offered, the order must be received by 12 p.m. (let us know by email)
