You get these exact pieces, 3 cyborks, painted and put together just as you see here.  The miniatures are lead.  I have no idea who made them.  They might be SpaceLords... They're basically late 80s, early 90s, during the 40k Rogue Trader, but were not actually made by Citadel.

The black base is included only to establish scale.
