Samuel Lewis (active 1825 - 40) was a publisher and map maker working in London during the first half of the 19th Century.  He first published 'Topographical Dictionary of England' in 1831 and produced a series of editions up until 1848.  This map is from the 1834 edition.  The maps were drawn by R. Creighton.

Page size is 32cm by 24.5cm
Map area is in good condition for age, engravings are clear. Some foxing and stains.
