A gorgeous hand painted porcelain charger plate. It's decorated with gorgeous roses, rosebuds, and leaves. It measures 12-1/2" diameter and it's in very excellent condition, with no nicks, chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. It has very tiny scratches and some gold loss on the rim. It is signed "Phillips" on the front and it's stamped on the bottom. Please look carefully at all the pictures and ask any questions.
