Both are loose with no sticking to the envelopes, (photographed both in and out of envelopes below). Mint with bright, vivid colors, ready to use. Some light yellowing to the backs of the outer envelopes only, but not the decals themselves. ~ One decal depicts the Museum and Mark Twain Boyhood Home with a small inset portrait of Mark Twain.
