ITEM/MODEL - NETGEAR Orbi RBR20 Router
CONDITION - These routers will have scratches on the surface. Might show light to heavy yellowing on the surface. For the most part, in very good condition. They are refurbished devices which have been cleaned and tested. Please look at pictures for reference on the cosmetic condition of the device.
COMES WITH - This is only for the router. Comes with an original NETGEAR power adapter (12v 1.5A), ethernet cable and step by step set up instructions. Will not include original box. Will be carefully repackaged into another box.
COMPATIBILITY - This is a main router unit. You can sync certain Orbi Satellites to it to create a mesh wifi network. The satellites compatible with this router are the Orbi RBS50, RBS50v2, RBS40, RBW30 and RBS20.
SHIPPING/HANDLING - I have a 1-day handling time for orders. I will ship the same day if order is placed before 3PM Pacific Time. I do not ship on the weekends. I offer Ground Economy shipping for $10 and USPS Priority for $14. You can select which service you prefer during check out.
WARRANTY - I am NOT an authorized NETGEAR reseller or distributor. Because of this, NONE of the devices I have in my store have manufacturer warranty. Which means if you contact Orbi/NETGEAR customer service, they will most likely not want to help you or will want to charge you a fee for technical support. In order for a device to have Manufacturer Warranty, it must be purchased "New" or "Certified Refurbished" from an authorized retailer. Don't let this dissuade you from purchasing. My refurbishment process is the same as a certified retailer. Because of this, I rarely have returns. If you are purchasing a used device from me or anyone else, the serial number will most likely already be registered to a previous user and it is nearly impossible to unregister it from that user because only they can do it. This does not affect functionality of the device. You will still be able to set it up and use the NETGEAR/Orbi App to operate it without any issues. I offer 30-day warranty from the day you receive your device and up to 6 months of technical support through the Ebay messaging system.

I purchase them used and only test to make sure they work as they should and clean them as best as possible to give them a second life. Returns/Refunds Policy:
- 30 day returns on items listed as "Used" and "New" condition. NO RETURNS on items listed as "For parts or not working".
- "New" condition devices will have a restocking fee ranging from 20%-50% ONLY IF the item is not returned in its original condition. This means the factory seal is not opened or if it's sent in a protective plastic, it must not have been opened.
- "Used" condition devices will not have a restocking fee unless an accessory is missing or the device is returned heavily damaged.
- For reasons when customer changes his mind or bought by mistake, a refund will be given for the original price minus the original shipping cost. For reasons when the device is defective or not as described, there will be a full refund including original shipping cost.
- I test ALL electronics upon return. If the device was returned for being defective and it works fine, original shipping will still be deducted from refund! PLEASE message me with any troubleshooting questions and I can provide help setting up your device or provide links to tutorials.
