How to make Japanese pickles

1, Cut cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.

2, Add the powder (50 grams of vegetables : 4 grams of powder).

3, Mix lightly and leave for 10 minutes.

※In addition to cucumbers, try your favorite vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, and celery.
