RS232 loopback connector needed to perform the self-test from the Tech 2 menu

Compatible with GM # 3000112, VTX # 02001606

This loopback connector is inserted into the RS232 port of the Tech 2 as shown in picture 2.

IF THE SELF-TEST FAILS OR REPORTS THE LOOPBACK WAS NOT FOUND AND YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE TECH2 TO PC COMMUNICATIONS THEN YOUR TECH2 HAS A FAULT, THIS IS NOT A DEFECT WITH THE LOOPBACK CONNECTOR.

This loopback connector is a test connector only, it will not in any way repair a faulty RS232 port on your Tech2.
