In the foreground a ribbon wrapped around several grains of wheat is inscribed "DEMETER," "ELIZABETH II," "COOK ISLANDS," "2 OZ 999 SILVER," "2016," and "TWO DOLLARS" surround the profile portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse.
