Baths: blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil
Vaporization: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream

Shelf Life and Preservatives:

Our essential oils all have a shelf life in excess of 12 months. However, as with any essential oil we recommend using it within 12 months of opening.

Here is a list of the essential oils with their common properties:

1. Bergamot : Uplifting & Refreshing. Euphoric. Citrus aroma with balsamic undertone.

2. Lavender : Antiseptic, stimulating while relaxing. 5 drops in the bath to aid with relaxation.

3. Mandarin : Very sweet, citrusy, fruity.

4. Patchouli : Anti-inflammatory, sedates, aphrodisiac. Strong earthy smell. Often used as a base note in perfume & products. Patchouli is thick & will take time to drip from the bottle.

5. Peppermint : Refreshing & soothing. Good for hangovers. Menthol smell that stimulates the mind. Great oil for an oil burner.

6. Rosemary : Cleansing, invigorating, stimulating. Green woody aroma with a menthol undertone & a tint of burnt bark.

7. Sandalwood : antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antiphlogistic, antispasmodic, astringent, cicatrisant, carminative, diuretic, disinfectant, emollient, expectorant, hypotensive, memory booster, sedative and a tonic substance.

8. Ylang Ylang : Confidence. Exotic and oriental floral notes. Used in perfumes. Use sparingly .

9. Sweet Basil : Sweet, herbaceous, fresh, and true to Basil used in cooking

10 : Calamus : Medium which has a refreshing scent similar to cinnamon.

11. Carrot Seed : antiseptic, anthelmintic, carminative, hepatoprotective, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, diuretic, tonic, stimulant, emmenagogue, depurative, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-dermatitis, analgesic, cytophylactic, anti-aflatoxingenic, emollient, expectorant

12 : Lemongrass : Invigorating & antibacterial. Warm lemon grassy smell.

13. Pink Lotus : Pink Lotus oil is naturally extracted oil from the natural flower petals. The excellent nourishing property of this oil makes it ideal to be used in massage oils, lotions, luxury soaps, air fresheners, aromatherapy products and bath oils.

14. Tea Tree : Antiseptic. Fights bacteria, fungi & virus. Medicinal but refreshing smell. Good for helping with acne and fighting feet & toe fungal infections. One of the most useful of all essential oils & a great addition to any first aid kit.

15. Tagetes : It is easily classified as sweet, fruity and almost citrus-like.

16. Cypress : improves condition of skin, anti-cellulite, normalizes a dream, promotes concentration of attention

17. Eucalyptus : Antiseptic. Stimulating smell, Clearing.

18. Palmarosa : Anti-microbic and anti-fungal effect. Relieves chronic fatigue and nervous exhaustion.

19. Sweet Orange : Refreshes & stimulates. Sweet orange. Great for oil burners.

20. Tulsi Holy Basil : anti-anxiety, anti-diabetic, anti-ageing, memory booster, anti-depressant, natural expectorant

21. Brown Musk : Our Musk oil has a clean light musk aroma that is not overpowering. The scent of this oil has a lighter Musk aroma without an overpowering feel to it.

22. White Lotus : White Lotus oil is naturally extracted oil from the Natural flower petals. The excellent nourishing property of this oil makes it ideal to be used in massage oils, lotions, luxury soaps, air fresheners, aromatherapy products and bath oils.

23. Blue Lotus : Sensual aphrodisiac, euphoric. Floral notes with silky base notes.

24. White Musk : Our Musk oil has a clean light musk aroma that is not overpowering. The scent of this oil has a lighter Musk aroma without an overpowering feel to it

25. Vetiver : Relieve pain, Strengthen and tighten your tissues, treat wounds, prevents nervous disorders, relieves insomnia, antiseptic, reduces dryness and cracking of the skin.

If you are testing a scent for the first time, please do not ask for refunds or leave negative feedback because you dislike a scent. i.e. Patchouli is a good example, many would consider it the Marmite of Essential oils.
