This stamp verges on a miscut because it’s slid over to the left, and down causing a huge margin on the right side.

There is a small portion of the stamp above it showing through on the perforation. The technology back didn’t allow for precision perforations, so there were always variations.

Aside from that, this stamp is whole and complete.
