Please select the size chart below that matches the product you are purchasing to find your proper fit. In most cases, you are able to choose ugg boots in your usual shoe size. Please be aware that ugg boot will stretch within a few weeks, it is okay to feel a bit tight in the beginning. If you are not confident what size fit you the most, we suggest measuring your feet length, match with the size chart below. To measure your feet please stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall then place a ruler flat on the floor straight alongside the inside of your foot from your heal to your toes. If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, better to select the larger size. You may find one foot is longer than the other, this is normal, please use the larger size when making your shoe size selection.

We accept payments by PayPal or bank deposit.
If you would like to pay by bank deposit, our bank details will be sent to you by email once you have elected this method of payment. Please ensure your ebay user name is used as a reference. Items will not be posted until we have confirmed receipt of payment.

We keep stock on hand ready for fast dispatch. Once your payment has cleared, we will ship your item within 1-3 business days.
For domestic deliveries within Australia we use either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. For Australia Post, we offer a choice of Regular Post (with Tracking) and Express Post.
Items which include Free Shipping will be sent by Australia Post Regular Post or Fastway Couriers. If you require your item urgently by Express Post an additional charge will apply to your order.
Delivery times for your order will vary depending on your location. Generally it is between 1-5 days from dispatch.
All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.

No risk 30 day exchanges, return and refunds
Ultra.Good.Gift is happy to accept return of goods that are not damaged, defective or faulty.
 If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via ebay email and provide us with a detailed description of the problem and/or photo evidence for verification.
When you are shipping your goods back for exchange or refund, please enclose a note with your parcel advising us of your details and requirement, upon receipt we will either refund or exchange as requested once we have received the parcel and the goods are in the same brand new condition as shipped out to you.
The returned item must not be worn or soiled in any way and must be returned in its original packaging with swing tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
The return must be made within 30 days from shipment date.
If you require an exchange, as the buyer you would be required to pay for the postage costs back to us, however we are happy to cover the shipping costs to have them shipped back out to you.
If the product you receive is not the one you have paid for or is faulty, we will cover return cost or refund the total price (including S&H fee).
If you wish to return goods that are not faulty as you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item. We will be happy to refund the cost of the goods less original freight costs (the accual freight cost will be deducted even if the goods was sent with free postage), but the goods must be in perfect re-saleable condition.
Please note that clearance goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
