Description
High quality brake adapters to allow fitment of the 1999-2004 Porsche 996(Non-Turbo) / Boxster S / Cayman S Front Brembo brake calipers E36 AND E46 Non-M3 front spindle. All these calipers are made from the same casting.
The part numbers for the calipers are 996.351.425 and 996.351.426.
There are two options available for the disc size-
1- This option is for the standard E46 M3 325x28mm front disc. The standard E46 M3 disc will fit with 17 inch wheels. Utilizing standard E46 M3 discs requires 12mm to be machined from the mounting boss of the caliper .
2- This is for the 18inch wheels only, but requires no modification to the calipers. The E46 M3 CSL 345mm x 28mm floating disc is a bolt on setup for this bracket on a 996 caliper.
Please note that on some BMW hubs you may need to grind about 3mm off the outer of the hub because some of the hubs came with a casting protrusion of about 3mm on the hub ends for no apparent reason. See picture of the grinded 3mm off the hub end.
These are finished with the highest quality and are made out of high tensile SG strength Steel not cheap aluminium standard that will crack under braking force. The adapters are made out of a single piece of steel and are not welded but machined out a single block of steel. We supply High strength 12.9 rated strength bolts and washers with these brackets.

The adapters are supplied with bolts, washers and mounting hardware. The adapters come powder coated to prevent rust and hand finished with the highest quality. These brackets have been tested on the track and with the material used weigh 1.37KG with washers and bolts. They are not cheap alloy rubbish supplied by other manufacturers which I have seen many times crack or split under brake force. Distance between hub mounting holes is 122mm
