It's an Avaya IP Phone, IP Phone - NTYS03.

In fairly good condition. I have 2, both are missing the covers from the top LEDs on the left side for some reason.

One has the numbers 1,3,6 fairly worn (I guess that makes sense, because they are in Ottawa, and the area code is 613?).

Maybe it belonged to Donna Summer, and she dialled about a thousand numbers lately, almost rang the phone off the wall.

I don't have power supplies for them, they are 48v POE phones.

Untested, but presumed working. (Photo is for example only. My camera is broken because my phone fell out of my pocket when I was on my motorcycle and got run over).

They may be configured for some provider, but you can factory reset them..

Reset to factory defaults: using the keycode **73639-MACADDRESS ## (the mac address is on the bottom, the numbers are typed in like usual number, letters ABC are entered as a 2, DEF entered as 3, for example  Mac address 52:dc:86:f5:09:46 would be entered like **73639-523286350946 ##

Admin password will be reset to the default 26567*738 once you do this.
