The 'Flying Pencil' was designed as fast mail plane, but became a bomber and recon plane for the rising Luftwaffe. She fought in the Spanish Civil War and later had the 'honour' to be the first downed in the WWII. |
Le "Flying Pencil" a
été conçu comme avion à courrier rapide, mais est devenu un bombardier
et un avion de reconnaissance pour la Luftwaffe montante. Elle a
combattu pendant la guerre civile espagnole et a ensuite eu «l'honneur»
d'être la première victime aérienne de la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
