Very Large Vintage Original Genuine Purple CADBURY WORLD Metal Sign "WORLD" Letters Retail Display Prop Circa 1970/80s

Fabulous large metal letters in the distinctive signature Cadbury Chocolate purple colour. For just over a century, a distinctive purple has been used on wrappers enveloping Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate bars. The colour, chosen because it was Queen Victoria's favourite, even adorns Bournville train station, where Cadbury built its factory in Birmingham 140 years ago.

These were purchased as part of a much larger vintage lot when the Cadbury factory in Bournville went through a refurbishment back in the 1990's.

Great pieces for an interior designer to incorporate into a project or for use as individual props. 

Ideal for use in a retail display, cafe, restaurant, cocktail bar or as a home/garden statement feature.
