it is best to cure in layers, uv light need to penetrate in to uv adhesive, use a small amount first cure it with uv source, repeat the process
Ideal for fixing charging cables, plastic parts bonding, very flexible almost like rubber after curing,
(do not work bicycle inner tube,or similar )
NOTE***
-DO NOT USE UNDER DIRECT SUNLIGHT
-KEEP THE UV ADHESIVE IN ORIGINAL PACKING
Comes in a UV protected amber glass bottle with brush applicator. Cures by sunlight. It takes 2 minutes in bright sunlight, 5 minutes in cloudy weather.
For a full cure it needs 2-3 hours. We sell UV Torches and UV Laser pens. You can use them to cure it in a short time.
note**
The key factor is one side has to be transparent, which means uv light source must directly expose to the uv glue
For example: you cannot bond two part of metal together. The common feedback is “this glue doesn’t stick even two piece of paper”
One side must be transparent to the uv source to be able to cure the adhesive
