I believe the top metal piece and the bottom are brass. The bottom of the stem is wood.  The center milk glass has a pretty floral design, colors are tan, yellow, white and brown.  This whole piece is 14” high.  The base is 6” across and the top is 10” across.

The center clear glass piece is 10” high.  Top opening is 2” wide and bottom opening is 3” across.  

The large milk glass top is beautiful.  It is 7” high.  The scalloped top is 5” across and the width at the widest part is about 12” 

The plug is the older fashioned 2 prong, so guessing this is lamp is from the 50's or early 60's. 

This will be sent in a fairly large box or two boxes. The 3 glass pieces need to be extra bubble wrapped and given lots of room in the box so nothing gets broken. ***The shipping price may look high, but if the weight and size of box(s) comes out less, I will refund difference.*** I'm not looking to make money on shipping.  West coast shipping may not come out much less.  

The brass pieces do need some cleaning and the wood could use a touch up.  Very pretty when it is all together.  The light does work.  Actually I think you can use a 3 way bulb in this.  I don’t have one to test. 

The brass needs polishing.

The height of the lamp base up to the brass ring is 14 1/2"
The diameter of the lamp base is 6 1/2"
The dimensions on the clear glass chimney is: base - 3"; top opening - 2"; height - 10"
