👫  Welcome to Doll Up Your Dolly 👫     Old Fashioned Porcelain Doll House Bathroom Set   This porcelain set is in very good condition.
The tub taps are metal, but the sink taps are plastic and a brighter gold tone.I also added the fancy jump ring to the bottom of the tank's pull chain. There is one chip from the time of manufacturing.It's in the toilet rim.  
The toilet seat is made of what I would say old linoleum.Easy enough to crochet a fancy seat cover? Hole in the bottom of the tank appears to have been made when they glued the wooden rod in place.  I have no information of the age or who and where, sorry.
