20 cnt. Fibrous Sausage Casing 2.5 x 20 Inch, "Light Smoking" in color, Printed

This inedible sausage casing is used for pepperoni or summer sausages.

The fibrous casing is designed for the production of dried, smoked or cooked sausages - the production of the sausage in these shells is identical to the heat treatment in natural, collagen and fibrous membranes. Adhesion of these sausage casings is universal. The casings are "light smoking" in color with a hexagonal printing.

Clipped with loop on one side for your convenience. Comes with 20 fibrous casings. The length is 20 inches and the diameter is 2.5 inches. Capacity is approximately 3 lbs of meat per casing.

Casings must be pre-soaked in 80-100 F degree water for 30 minutes before use.
