This well-known, sure-heading variety accounts for a high percentage of Chinese cabbage grown for market in the United States. Relative maturity varies from 55 to 100 days.

Sowing: Prepare the soil with compost or organic matter.Chinese Cabbage prefers full sun or partial shade, and grow best in temperatures from 45-75 degree F(7-24 degree C). Direst seeding works best, about 4-6 weeks before the last average frost date. Plant seeds about 12 inch apart in rows about 12 inch apart. Germination should take place in about 10 days.
