Payments are processed via PayPal and are subject to all terms and conditions of Paypal. Your order will start the processing steps after it has cleared Paypal authorization.
Shipping
Your order will be processed during normal business hours. Tracking will be available within 48 hours of shipment. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For example: you ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date. We use UPS or USPS for shipping.
The processing time for any AIR package including overnight or Two day air is 24 business hours.
Shipping Restrictions:
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please select the US Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays. Weekend delivery days are valid for Next Day Air Saturday delivery only.
As a service to our troops serving outside of the country, we can ship to APO’s via USPS. This might delay shipment for up to a week as we do not get the post office regularly. We will do our best, though, to get there as soon as possible.
Delivery Requirements
For your protection and ours, all of our products require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. You may also arrange to pick up the package at your local UPS branch.
