A POLITE MESSAGE CAN RESOLVE ANY ISSUES

·      Dear Buyers, before committing to buy, please understand that the delivery dates provided on Ebay are not guaranteed dates, they are estimated. This is the date provided by Royal Mail and is out of our control.

·      Once an item is dispatched, we rely on Royal Mail to do their bit.

·      If your order is not with you on the estimated date, please be patient as delays sometimes occur.

·      Once in a blue moon, orders do go missing in transit. This is rare but sadly does sometimes happen.

·      If after the seventh working day of the estimated delivery date, you still have not received your order, please contact us and we will look in to it for you.

·      Second class post can take between 3-5 days if there are no delays

·      First class post can take between 1-2 days if there are no delays

·      Most of our orders are delivered on time. However, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered on the estimated dates provided on the Ebay site.
