Customers please note while we always adhere to dispatching goods on a next working day service, we are sometimes subject to delays & disruption within 3rd party courier networks. Couriers also may not require you to sign for goods and these could be left at the front door after notification. This is in line with the advice from our couriers and local authorities.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment. However, we also accept credit cards, postal orders and bank transfers in which case delivery is subject to clearance of payment.
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 7am to 7pm and they do not call before delivery. They will also only deliver to the main door of the building and won't take goods upstairs or into lifts. Please note that if you are not in then the courier may attempt to leave it with a neighbour. Your property will be carded or you will be sent an e-card via email. Please check this, otherwise contact us and we will assist you. Items are processed within 24 hours and dispatched on a next working day service via national couriers. However unexpected delays are possible so please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Larger items will go on a standard delivery service. If your delivery is a 2 man service, then that can take up to 5-7 working days for delivery. For our 2 man service the courier will call beforehand to arrange suitable day for delivery. Other than by reason of our negligence or breach of contract, we will not be liable for delays in transit, and reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.

Should you have any issues with a product you have received from us please contact us as soon as possible, we will be happy to help with any issue. Please know that returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 14 day period. All returned items require a return reference number, without which goods cannot be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty. Please note any collections organised for returns by ourselves will be booked on an all day collections service. We can not guarantee a specific time for the collections, we require someone be home to release the returns goods to the courier. An item can be deemed faulty if it exhibits a pre-existing defect or are inherently defective when received.
Returns must be received in the original packaging and condition; we request that the original packaging is retained, should the original packaging be damaged on arrival this must be recorded on the delivery documents. We will not be liable for damage not recorded at the point of delivery; goods should be checked prior to a signature being given. When goods are documented as being delivered in good condition we only accept liability for damage which arises as a result of our negligence we will not be liable for any damage which is the result of normal wear and tear. All our goods are provided with a full years manufacturing warranty, with the correct care and maintenance we would expect our products to last for as long as you require and enjoy them and we trust that you are satisfied throughout the life of the product.
Customers please note before purchase that we currently do not delivery to postcodes considered non UK mainland. These include Northern Ireland, Sottish Highlands & Channel Islands. If an order is placed outwith UK mainland it will be subject extra postage charges for the customer
