Certified International Corporation tulip tea for one 3 piece tea pot set.  Artist is Peggy Jo Ackley.  There are 3 pieces, tea pot, lid and cup.  The cup does have a small chip near the handle.  (please see picture #7).  
Purple tulips are on teapot with a cute little butterfly on top of lid and the cup is a basket weave design.  (There is a very small chip on the tulip leaf part of the teapot, see picture #5).
