Presumed meerschaum and a faux amber?

 The banding is silver and has been tested by us

There are markings but they do not represent english hallmarks

A very rubbed H & F (we think?)

Also 3 letters in a fancy script lettering within separate boxes alongside

The piece measures 6cm long

It is threaded between mouthpiece and silver band

If you fingertighten sufficiently the lining up is a little off-centre

This presumed by overtightening over the years.  However it must said no visible fractures evident
