Great vintage shirt.  My best guess is late 80's, early 90's. 

Good condition.  There is a stain on the front side and a 2 blue lines in front as well.  See pictures.  Not crazy bad, and I'm sure they could disappear or lighten up if treated.  There also appears to be some age related yellowing of the white material.  Most noticeable around seam and edges.  Tried taking pictures, and it showed up okay I guess.  Difficult to tell in pictures though.  Not sure if would go away once washed. Otherwise, I'm not sure the shirt has been worn.  The collar is very stiff and it just doesn't look like it has been worn/washed.  I could be wrong.
