Notebook/poetry album made from handmade paper! With ring-stitched sheets of paper, also made by hand. Design Braun / natural. All paper colors of these great notebooks/poetry albums are created by adding natural raw materials.


Each little book is unique from handmade papers of various colors. The photo is an example.


Handmade paper in perfection ...

Our handmade stationery comes from three countries in southern Africa. The certified projects Makoni, Chimanimani, Chiredzi, Kayilitchi and Otse are located in Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa. Around 220 men and women work in paper production in 6 provinces of Zimbabwe. In Botswana, the projects are spread over 12 locations, where more than 50 people find work. 60 men and women have joined forces in five "National Organic Production Initiatives" in the South African provinces of Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Tswane, Kruger and Kwazulu Natal. Especially in the poor, rural regions of the three states, jobs with above-average income opportunities were created through the projects for paper production, including further processing into finished stationery. Villagers have been trained in the ancient art of simple papermaking and continue to be trained to use it to create a variety of stationery. For paper production, all projects only use plant fibers from plants that are harvested in the immediate vicinity. In addition to sisal, banana leaves, reed and leaves of the ilala palm, countless other plants are used, as well as rags and waste paper. All papers are handmade, all colors are the result of different vegetable raw materials.
