These were originally made for Trace Acoustic & were used in one of their acoustic guitar amplifiers. These would make an excellent midrange in a three way home audio speaker, as long as you use a sub cup to isolate them. These have open baskets. Speakers are labeled T5688A & TE-AS-530-
