Reidert Johannes Cornelis (Rein) van Looy (Hilversum, January 14, 1910 - Amstelveen, 1994) was a Dutch artist.
No details are known about his training. He was a well-known illustrator and binding designer of children's books, including Pinkeltje and The Great Wizard of Oz. He also made designs for other books, such as covers for bound publications by Havank. He did this under the pseudonym Tanner.
