We will gladly refund your money if for some reason you are not completely satisfied. Please email us and we will start the process and see what we can do. We will allow a refund or exchange if we have the item in stock. Please know that the items must be returned in the original packaging, tags still intact, free from any smells, and must be in the same condition it was shipped. Any products must be unopened and unused. We take pictures of our items right before shipping for our records and to protect us from any discrepancies about the product or item.
We do not accept returns or refund swimwear, lingerie, formal wear/cocktail dresses or select vintage items.
Please take this into consideration when purchasing the item.

Return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility unless we have made an error in our listing description or the item was flawed when you received it. Please let us know prior to leaving any negative feedback so we may address any issues or discrepancies. We certainly want you to be happy with your purchase.

You will notice many of our items will be listed NWBT or NEW WITHOUT TAGS. We are located next to three major designer outlets and high end shops. Many of the major designer stores sell clothing to the local boutiques and high-end shops due to excess inventory. The boutiques remove the store tag so customers may not return the items to the original retail store for a refund or store credit. With that being said, in our listing when it says new without tags, or new with Boutique tags, the item is BRAND NEW and has never been worn.

We do not sell anything that has stains, holes, smells, or major issues. we will describe the item to the best of our ability. If there are any imperfections or flaws they will be noted photographed and disclosed in the listing.

If the garment is not brand new or new without tags, the item is either dry cleaned or freshly laundered. All items come from a pet free smoke-free environment. All clothing and items are neatly packaged and shipped with care. Please know that we are not professional photographers but we try to take the best pictures in the best lighting. You will always see the maximum pictures allowed showcasing the item from different angles to give a full perspective of what you are purchasing.
