1. Placing a bid on this item constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase. Read eBay's User Agreement for more information.
2. Payment will be accepted in the form of Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express).
3. FULL PAYMENT, INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS, MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION HAS ENDED. (Call for shipping rate.) NONPAYING BIDDER & NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY.
4. You must be at least 18 years of age to bid on this item.
5. Seller reserves the right to end this auction at any time.
6. Under exceptional circumstances, eBay allows Bid Retractions. Read "Retracting a Bid" for more information.
7. We are also not responsible for improper fitment.

Shipping

1. We ship via UPS GROUND service with all packages insured.  
2. Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving payment.
3. We will send you an email once shipped which will include your UPS tracking number(s).
4. The insurance is already included in the shipping rate. We take great care to properly and promptly prepare each package for shipping.
5. All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported with 48 hours of product arrival.
6. Lost packages must be reported to UPS and to us within 48 hours of expected arrival time.
7. Shipping in the United States only.

Fine Print

1. We know that things happen. Don't worry. We will take your unmounted new wheels back for credit.
2. All new returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
3. All returns must be sent prepaid with full insurance and an RGA# clearly marked on the boxes.
4. All returns must be in original boxes and properly packaged.
5. Defective wheels must have an RGA# clearly marked on the box and be sent back prepaid. Upon verification of defect, credit will be issued OR replacement wheel will be shipped.
